Maintenance Technician (4-Shift Rotation System)
Responsibilities
- Setting up, monitoring, and commissioning robots, injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, and general installations ;
- Carrying out infrastructure maintenance as well as preventive and corrective maintenance interventions on all types of equipment ;
- Analyzing equipment malfunctions, proposing corrective actions, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives ;
- Maintaining and operating AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) ;
- Updating technical documentation and ensuring proper shift handover reporting.
Education / Experience
- Higher Technical Education diploma in Automated Systems Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (e.g., BTS in Electromechanics or Electrical Engineering) ;
- A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar industrial maintenance role (preventive and corrective maintenance) is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems ;
- Knowledge of automated systems and robot operation ;
- Familiarity with analysis and continuous improvement tools ;
- Experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage ;
- Knowledge of French, English, and/or German is considered an asset ;
- Any knowledge or experience in plastic injection molding is a significant advantage.
