Job Description: Process Manager Compliancy

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Process Manager to join our compliancy team. The Process Manager will be responsible for the creation, documentation, and deployment of operational processes, ensuring they are aligned with ITILv3 and ITILv4 frameworks. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Design and Documentation:
       - Develop and document detailed operational processes, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.
       - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and integrate them into process design.
       - Utilize ITILv3 and ITILv4 best practices to ensure processes are industry-standard and scalable.
  2. Deployment and Implementation:
       - Work closely with the operational team to deploy new processes, ensuring seamless integration.
       - Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate squad members on new and updated processes.
       - Monitor the implementation phase to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
  3. Continuous Improvement:
       - Regularly review and assess existing processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with ITIL frameworks.
       - Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
       - Implement process improvements and updates, ensuring continuous alignment with organizational goals.
  4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
       - Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
       - Conduct periodic audits and reviews to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
       - Develop and maintain documentation for all processes, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
  5. Stakeholder Management:
       - Act as a liaison between different squads to ensure cross-functional alignment and communication.
       - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on process performance and improvement initiatives.
       - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.

Your profile :

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in ITILv3 and/or ITILv4 is required.
- Proven experience in process management, preferably within an IT or operational environment.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and their practical application in business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others.
- Proficient in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
