Your Role: Business Process Analyst


As a Business Process Analyst at INFLOW, you'll help us streamline the complex world of transport logistics. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and support the digital transformation of our core operations.


What You'll Do


  • Process & Data Analysis: Analyze logistics-related data (from WMS, TMS, SAP, etc.) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the implementation of new client solutions and internal process optimization projects.

  • Tender Support: Contribute to the analysis of logistics tenders, proposing tailored, cost-efficient solutions.

  • KPI Development: Design and maintain performance indicators, financial statistics and operational dashboards to guide decision-making.

  • Business Process Management: Model, document, and improve existing business processes using BPM methodologies.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with operations, IT, and finance to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.

  • Project Management: Support and participate to the implementation of gained new businesses and internal initiatives.


What We're Looking For


Master’s degree in engineering, Data Analysis, Business Process Management, or equivalent professional experience.


  • 2 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally in logistics, transport, or supply chain management.

  • Certifications in project or process management (PRINCE2, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or German is highly desirable.
