Moovijob.com launches its brand-new video concept: Oh My Job!

Since its creation in 2007, Moovijob.com has been committed to combining recruitment and communication to offer companies complete and attractive solutions. With the redesign of the website in 2020, this ambition has only grown stronger: a blog, enriched company pages, photo and video galleries have been added to our services to better highlight employers and their teams.

Until now, our video offering was outsourced. But faced with growing demand from our clients, and bolstered by our position as Luxembourg’s leading recruitment media, we decided to take things to the next level: the launch of a 100% in-house video service!

And to mark the occasion, what better way to start than with an original concept, designed and produced entirely by our team: Oh My Job! (or OMJ! for short 😉).

The concept

Oh My Job! is a video series that shines a light on your employer brand through the authentic testimonials of your employees. Three interviews, three journeys, three unique perspectives on your company.

The idea is simple: to give a voice to those who live and breathe your company from the inside, revealing the atmosphere, the professions, the values, and the little things that make all the difference. A sincere, human and unfiltered format that allows future candidates to picture themselves in your day-to-day life and discover your world even before stepping through the door.

The goal? To offer authentic, dynamic and inspiring content that showcases your teams and strengthens your employer appeal.

And we don’t do things halfway! Each shoot is carried out using top-of-the-range professional equipment, designed to deliver a premium result and show your employees at their very best.

After a few hours of filming and a touch of post-production magic, you’ll receive your videos in high definition, ready to be shared on your internal or external communication channels.
