The Finance & Accounting Department is responsible for managing the institution's bookkeeping, financial planning, and reporting. It provides insights into the financial health of the organization and supports strategic decision-making by delivering relevant data to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Your role
As a member of the Accounting Unit within the Finance and Accounting Department, you will provide essential support in accounting, financial, and administrative operations.
Your responsibilities include ensuring document compliance with legal and internal standards, facilitating communication between departments and external partners, processing invoices and correspondence, handling supplier follow-ups, and addressing various internal and external requests. You will work under the guidance of the Team Leader and may be assigned additional tasks as needed.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree or BTS in accounting, or an equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of SAP modules FI, VIM, and MM is highly appreciated
- Rigor, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Strong team spirit, with the ability to work proactively and independently
- Fluency in both French and English is required. Knowledge of Luxembourgish or German is an asset
