For one of our client located in Luxembourg-Howald, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for a part time
Office Manager (M/F) - 12 hours/week
Your tasks:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail for Luxembourg's office.
- Maintain and continuously improve the physical and electronic archiving of documents.
- Act as the main point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders, including the landlord, maintenance providers, and other partners.
- Oversee office supplies management and inventory.
- Manage inventory and restocking of IT equipment for the office.
- Coordinate e-waste disposal in collaboration with internal IT Logistics.
- Ensure proper organization, safety, and maintenance of the office storage areas
- Monitor utilities and sustainability initiatives (energy saving, recycling, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Organize group lunches, team-building events, and other office activities.
- Welcome new hires and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Issue and manage employee and visitor access cards.
- Provide administrative support to Finance, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and other business lines as needed.
PROFIL
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, organizational, or similar detail-oriented role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and adaptability skills.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and French or German (written and spoken).
This is an opportunity for a 12-month temporary contract (initial 3 months + 9 months extension).
This is an opportunity for a part-time job - 12 hours/week. Working Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday morning (4 hours) + either Monday or Wednesday morning (4 hours)
Salary: 23,08EUR gross/monh
