Mission
For one of our clients located in Windhof (Capellen), Sofitex Talent is currently looking for an
Accountant (M/F)
1. Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory accounting, including ensuring accurate inventory valuation (FIFO, NRV tests and ICO unrealized profits), managing inventory transactions and providing detailed analysis and reporting in inventory levels and costs
2. Responsible for preparing the statutory books according local GAAP and managements reports, coordinate the internal and external audits
3. Responsible for preparing transfer pricing documentation (Master file, local file) with the support of external consultants
4. Responsible for monitoring intercompany flows
5. Responsible for External reporting (Statistical reports, indirect taxes, VAT) and internal reporting
6. Back up position for banking activities, third party and intercompany invoicing, Financing
Profil
• 1 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in Accounting department• Fluent (both written and spoken) in English. Any additional European language is a plus (French, Italian, German).
• Experience in SAP-FI/-CO is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of VAT regulations and requirements is a plus
• Be a team player as well as the ability to work autonomously
• Good analytical mindset
• Proactive attitude with a hands-on approach
