For one of our clients in the education sector located in Esch sur Alzette, we are currently looking for:
International Relations Officer (M/F)
The role :
Budget management:
o Promote networking with other institutions
o Explore the possibilities for external financing and maintain contact with funders
Programme management:
o Collect information on programme progress from faculties, participating students and partner institutions
o Ensure the reporting of programmes
o Advise on related processes, such as housing and visa granting
Programme development
o Monitor international programme and project developments
o Write new project requests
o Approach new partners to discuss and concretise possibilities with them
Academic collaboration
o Maintain contact with colleagues from foreign institutions about developments within the institution
o Conduct consultations with faculties and policy officers about strategic partnerships
o Supervise relationships with cooperating institutions
Policy
o Monitor developments in the field of internationalisation and academic partnerships in related areas
o Conduct consultations with stakeholders within, and outside, the institution on the future of internationalisation of education and make proposals
Your profile :
· Required languages: French C1, English C1
· Bachelor’s degree from a University
· 3-5 years relevant work experience
· Service oriented and flexible
· Comfortable with databases and Erasmus documentation
· Understanding of University and Bachelors curriculums
