We are looking for a :
Financial Assistant(M/F/D)
Your mission :
- Issue of the recovery Orders (initiation of the procedures, pre-information notice, issuance of the debit note) ;
- Perform reconciliation exercise between the amounts declared for recovery and the ongoing audit/national recovery/bankruptcy cases since the start of the programme. ;
- Financial checking of the payments (checking the eligibility of the cost) ;
- Initiation of operations (payments, commitments) ;
- Analysis and initiation of requests for amendments.
Your profile:
- You have a degree in accounting ;
- You have a good understanding of financial processing (payment processing);
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience in handling relevant financial aspects (payment processing and verification of contractual requirements) an experience in one of the European Institutions will be considered as an asset ;
- You are fluent in English (at least B2), any other EU language will be considered as an asset ;
