Expert CMDB / ITOM Consultant

Job Description :
We are in search of a skilled and seasoned ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM lead to become a vital part of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage CMDB/CSDM and ITOM processes on the ServiceNow platform.

- Design and implement ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM and ITOM solutions to align with our customer's business objectives;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and formulate CMDB and ITOM strategies that meet business goals;
- Configure ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping modules;
- Integrate the CMDB with other ServiceNow modules;
- Provide technical leadership and guidance during CMDB and ITOM implementation projects;
- Supervise developers, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of their tasks;
- Engage in hands-on development of the Discovery and Service Mapping modules.

Qualifications :
- Degree in Computer Science;
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping is highly preferred;
- At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions in enterprise environments;
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles, ITSM processes, and IT operations;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all organizational levels;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proven team player;
- Fluency in English and preferably French as well.
