Your mission :

We are looking for a Junior Mobile & Fixed Telecom Operator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day monitoring and operation of mobile, fixed, and TV networks, helping ensure service availability and quality.

This position is ideal for a junior telecom professional or recent graduate who wants to build hands-on experience in telecom operations, network monitoring, and incident handling, while working closely with experienced engineers and NOC teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor mobile, fixed, and TV network infrastructures (Core, Access, Transmission)
  • Perform basic operation and supervision of network elements under guidance
  • Detect and report network alarms, incidents, and service degradations
  • Provide first-line support and follow established operational procedures
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and configuration tasks
  • Escalate incidents to senior operators or engineering teams when required
  • Support SLA monitoring and service continuity activities
  • Update operational logs, reports, and documentation
  • Work closely with NOC, Engineering, and Customer Support teams
  • Participate in shift work and on-call rotations as required
  • Assist in creating and maintaining operational documentation and procedures

Ticket Handling & Incident Management

  • Receive and register incidents and service requests in the ticketing system
  • Categorize and prioritize tickets based on defined guidelines and SLAs
  • Perform initial troubleshooting following standard procedures
  • Escalate tickets that cannot be resolved at first level
  • Keep tickets updated with clear and accurate information
  • Ensure proper ticket closure and documentation
  • Learn and apply incident management and escalation processes

Your profile :

  • Degree, technical diploma, or relevant training in Telecommunications
  • Basic knowledge of mobile (2G/3G/4G/5G) and/or fixed networks
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Mobile Core and Fixed Network concepts
    • IP networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing fundamentals)
  • Familiarity with network monitoring or ticketing tools is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and participate in on-call rotations
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in incident situations
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Basic proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Nice to Have

  • Internship or first experience in a NOC or telecom operations role
  • Basic understanding of VoIP, SIP, broadband, or TV services
  • Awareness of ITIL or incident management processes
  • Exposure to telecom vendors such as Ericsson
