Your mission :

Mobile Network:

• Commissioning of the Nokia Radio node (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot on-site.

Fixed network:

• Installation of the FTTx network
• Support level 2 for FTTx network troubleshooting
• Diagnose and troubleshoot on-site

Transmission Network:

• Configuration and commissioning of the micro wave and DWDM network
• Diagnose and troubleshoot on-site
• Support technical team on request for all field operations.
• Perform functional network and telecommunication equipment tests. 
• Participation in a 24h/24 working on call and troubleshoot on-site 
• Basic knowledge of the protocol TCP/IP

Your profile :

Mandatory Selection Criteria

Ability and willingness to work at height on telecommunication towers and masts is mandatory for this position. Candidates must be comfortable working on pylons for installation, commissioning and troubleshooting activities. Applications not meeting this requirement will not be considered.

• Bachelor degree (Bac+3 / Bac+4) or equivalent in Telecommunications, Electronics or a related technical field
• High level of technical expertise
• Solid scientific and technical background
• Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technologies
• Good physical condition and medical aptitude to access sites with restrictive access conditions (rooftops, water towers, outdoor sites and telecommunication towers)
• Proven ability to work safely at height on telecommunication pylons and masts (mandatory)
• Flexibility and mobility to work throughout the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
• Availability to work outside regular working hours when required
• Good understanding of telecom infrastructure, fault detection and supervision tools
• Rigorous and methodical approach
• Reactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to integrate and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in microwave installation and troubleshooting is a strong asset
• English mandatory; French, German or Luxembourgish would be considered a strong advantage
