Your mission :

Overview:

The Business Continuity Consultant is responsible for ensuring our Customer’s IT infrastructure and Program operations can withstand and recover from disruptions, including cyberattacks, natural disasters, system failures, and other emergencies. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity (BC) and disaster recovery (DR) plans and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The expert collaborates with IT teams, Customers units, and stakeholders to create resilient services both for Business customers and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure IT resilience strategies align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Define recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO) for IT services.

Testing & Training:

• Plan and execute regular IT disaster recovery exercises and business continuity tests.

• Analyse test results and update continuity plans accordingly.

• Conduct training sessions for IT teams and business stakeholders on continuity procedures.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure IT BC/DR strategies comply with industry regulations and best practices (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, GDPR).
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Work with auditors and regulatory bodies to demonstrate IT resilience compliance.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

• Work closely with IT infrastructure, security, and business teams to enhance continuity measures.
• Stay updated on emerging threats, new technologies, and industry best practices for IT resilience.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve IT continuity and disaster recovery.

Your profile :

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (min 5 years) in Cybersecurity, with a focus on Business Continuity
• Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies and their application in architecture design and development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

• EU citizenship.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
• Experience in a public administration or similarly complex environment is desirable.
