We are seeking for a Financial Controller for our European subsidiaries to shape our financial future.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to contribute, with skills in financial reporting and budgeting. They thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about professional growth.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

You will be responsible of 4 or 5 subsidiaries in Europe for the following tasks:

·        Financial Reporting: Optimization and presentation of accurate monthly situation and reporting to your manager in Luxembourg

·        Budgeting and Forecasting: Create annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with your counterparts in the subsidiaries

·        Financial Analysis & Cost Management: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

·        Compliance and Auditing: Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies, and coordinating external audit

·        Internal audit: visit of subsidiaries when necessary (1 or 2 subsidiary per year)

·        Cash Flow Management: Monitoring cash flow & managing liquidity

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

·        Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics or Business Administration

·        3-5 years of professional experience in the field of controlling

·        Willing to go on occasional trips abroad

·        Proficient in English skills, both spoken and written. Other languages are considered an advantage
