We are currently recruiting for one of our clients a:
                            Corporate Compliance OfficerÂ
Are you ready to ensure that compliance processes are fully implemented within a dynamic KYC environment?
For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Corporate Compliance Officer to play a key role in a fast-growing organization offering an innovative market solution.
Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Ensure that all corporate processes and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Guarantee that company operations adhere to internal policies and standards.
- Stay up to date with regulatory developments and act as an internal expert in screening matters.
- Monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, particularly regarding the screening of legal entities and individuals.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory updates and compliance requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between the Operations team and the Compliance function.
- Perform regular assessments to ensure compliance from an outsourcing perspective.
- Support the preparation of internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Maintain ongoing regulatory watch.
DPO Support
- Collaborate closely with Data Protection Authorities and relevant stakeholders to ensure GDPR compliance within the assigned scope.
- Promote awareness and understanding of GDPR requirements among staff.

Requirements
Profile
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of Compliance frameworks, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations, including monitoring and screening processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
