Operational Assistant - SWIFT Operations

Your missions:

• Handle SWIFT messages in both MX and MT formats across various message types


• Prepare, analyse, and distribute regular reports to internal and external stakeholders


• Liaise with internal teams, SWIFT Alliance support, and external counterparties to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing


• Process fees and claims accurately and within agreed timelines


• Ensure continuity of service, data accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures


• Perform certain business-critical tasks on-site, as remote execution is not possible for all activities

Your profile:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operational role within a relevant field


• Proven experience in SWIFT message processing, including MX and MT formats


• Background in banking operations or financial services, particularly in cash and securities management


• Strong knowledge of ISO 20022 standards and financial messaging systems


• In-depth understanding of SWIFT Alliance and related infrastructure


• High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines


• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders


• Secondary school diploma complemented by a 2-year certification in a relevant field (finance, economics, accounting, business administration), or equivalent professional experience


• Candidates with significant experience in banking operations or post-trade environments will also be considered


• Fluent in English with strong business communication skills
