The recruitment agency of ManpowerGroup is recruiting, for one of its clients, a global leader in the automotive industry, an Industrial Maintenance Technician (m/f/x) for permanent position.
Your main responsibilities:
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the reliability, availability, and efficiency of production and facility equipment.
Your main tasks will include:
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and/or electrical breakdowns.
Ensuring continuous availability of machines and systems.
Supporting process and equipment improvements.
Contributing to the safety and reliability of production operations.
Your profile:
Degree in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, or industrial maintenance.
At least 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment (automotive experience is an asset, but not mandatory).
Proven expertise in industrial mechanics and/or electrotechnics; welding knowledge is a plus.
Willingness to work in a 4x8 shift rotation (night and weekend bonuses provided).
Fluent in English; French or German is considered a strong asset.
Autonomous, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
A personal car is required to access the site.
