Manpower is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for one of its clients, based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment.

Your missions:




  • Manage and process customer orders within the SAP ECC6 system

  • Handle order change requests and ensure proper communication with customers and internal teams

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, changes, and follow-ups

  • Verify, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of order-related information

  • Process daily control reports and obtain necessary approvals for urgent or non-standard orders

  • Communicate order updates (delays, adjustments, etc.) to customers

  • Prepare pro forma invoices and follow up on payments (letters of credit, cash before shipment, etc.)

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues

  • Ensure high-quality service for both internal and external customers

  • Conduct follow-up interactions with customers regarding questions or complaints

  • Monitor expired orders and follow up with customers, escalating when necessary

  • Handle invoicing complaints and process corrections in a timely manner

  • Prepare and distribute regular reports as required

  • Participate in customer service team meetings

  • Coordinate and follow up on documentation and certification requests

  • Provide support to the sales team (meeting preparation, customer visits, tracking critical orders, etc.)

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Dynamic, positive, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Team player with flexibility and adaptability

  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively

  • Sense of ownership, motivation, and willingness to learn

  • Results-oriented with a strong commitment to quality

  • Good computer skills, especially Excel, with basic analytical capabilities

  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken

  • Any additional language is considered an asset
