Back-Office Finance Officer (M/F/X)

Your missions:

• Process incoming cash flows across various mandate families using the eFront mandate module


• Monitor incoming payments and escalate any delays or discrepancies


• Create and update bank accounts and static data within internal systems


• Perform regular cash balance and deposit checks related to mandates


• Investigate discrepancies and follow up with the relevant stakeholders


• Collaborate closely with Finance teams to ensure accurate bookings and reconciliations


• Provide operational support to team members during peak periods and holiday coverage


• Assist with document management and the transition to new filing systems


• Support internal control and audit exercises by preparing and identifying required documentation


• Update operational documentation and maintain Alteryx and Tableau related files and procedures

Your profile:

• University degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field


• At least 3 years of experience in banking operations, payments, settlements, or financial back-office activities


• Good understanding of middle-office or back-office processes


• Strong knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with eFront, Alteryx, Tableau, or PowerApps is considered an asset


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a demanding environment


• Team player with excellent organizational skills


• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities


• Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is considered an advantage


• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
