Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting a Safety Risk Assessment Coordinator
The Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) Coordinator ensures the methodological consistency of the Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) process across all airport departments. The role serves as the Safety Department's focal point for the interface with the Management of Change (MOC) process and contributes to developing risk assessment competencies among lux-Airport employees.
Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
Coordinating the Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) process across all departments, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and the definition of mitigation measures, while ensuring the periodic review and update of assessments whenever mitigation measures prove insufficient.
Ensuring the documentation and traceability of each risk assessment.
Escalating complex or high-risk assessments to the Airside Safety Expert, providing all necessary information to support their analysis.
Contributing to the periodic review of the airport risk map in collaboration with the Safety Analyst.
Collaborating with the Compliance Manager to ensure consistency between risk assessment outcomes and audit findings.
Leading risk assessments related to the Management of Change (MOC) process in coordination with the Compliance Department, ensuring impact analysis, regulatory compliance, assessment traceability, residual risk acceptance, and coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
Maintaining and updating the Hazard Log in coordination with the Safety Analyst.
Designing, developing, and delivering training related to Safety Risk Assessments (SRA), while ensuring that training materials, procedures, and e-learning content remain up to date and compliant with applicable regulatory requirements (EASA, ICAO) and internal procedures.
Actively contributing to the development of the airport's Safety and Security culture by reporting hazardous situations, occurrences, or incidents in order to prevent their occurrence and/or recurrence, in accordance with the principles of Just Culture.

Participating in the onboarding and integration of new employees.
Contributing to waste sorting and energy-saving initiatives by adopting environmentally responsible practice
Actively contributing to the development of the airport's Safety and Security culture by reporting hazardous situations, occurrences, or incidents to prevent their occurrence and/or recurrence, in accordance with the principles of Just Culture.

The required profile
Studies / training
Bachelor’s degree in aviation/industrial safety, Risk Management, or Engineering
--
Experience
Min. 3 years in safety risk management, SMS coordination, or operational risk assessment
Experience within a mature operational environment, ideally in an airport of comparable size and complexity
Aviation or regulated environment (EASA/ICAO) strongly preferred
Training design or delivery experience is an asset
