The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.
We have more than 350 employees, with different backgrounds and 19 nationalities.

Responsibilities
What you will be doing :
· Operating and maintaining the company-wide compliance management system with respect to EU / EASA Aviation Regulation
· Planning, organising and conducting internal and external audits in collaboration with compliance auditors and focal points.
· Following up on actions taken by companies/partners to correct non-compliances identified during audits
· Preparing and drafting management reports related to compliance and ensuring that the AM and Postholders are fully aware of the compliance status of the airport.
· Being Postholder Compliance
· Monitoring regulatory changes, assessing the impact with stakeholders and ensuring that they take the necessary action
· Recruiting, organizing, planning, training and developing the team
· Promoting and raising awareness of compliance within the organization
· Detecting and analyzing risks related to regulatory compliance
· Monitoring, coordinating and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal regulations
· Ensuring that compliance documentation and records are available and up to date
· Being the main point of contact for the authorities on all aerodrome compliance issues
Must-have requirements
What you will need :
Education / training :
· Postgraduate degree (Master) or equivalent experience in a similar function
Experience :
· At least 7 years of relevant work experience in a similar function
· At least 3 years of professional experience in personnel management
· Knowledge of EASA / Aviation regulatory frameworks
Profile required:
· Good interpersonal and negotiation skills in French and English
· Meticulous and well organised
· Significant experience in project management and change management
· Strong commitment to legal and ethical standards
· Train the trainer" qualification
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
· Computer literacy
· Recognised qualification as an internal auditor in the field of airport/airline operations
· Good knowledge of EASA regulations
Languages :
· French: fluent spoken and written
· English: fluent in speaking and writing
