Your Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll instructions and employee benefits accurately, supporting both routine and complex situations.
- Act as a deputy to the team manager and a reference point for HR colleagues.
- Coordinate monthly and yearly processes, audits, and system updates to maintain compliance and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, contribute to projects, and enhance HR systems.
- Provide timely support and advice to employees, fostering trust and engagement.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or similar, completed with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar payroll or benefits position in Luxembourg.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player, proactive, agile, and solution oriented.
- Advanced Excel skills, the knowledge of SAP would be a strong asset.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality, attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Fluent in French and English (both languages are mandatory).
