Life Insurance Advisor (Exclusive Mandate)

This is a newly created role to join a highly qualitative and international insurance firm based in Luxembourg. Working closely with a senior life insurance advisor, you will be given the opportunity to cover life, disability, medical and accident insurance matters and be offered real career perspectives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding advice to all clients on pricing and benefits design for Life, Disability, Medical and accident insurance covers, 

• Assess the quotations from the insurers, 

• Steer the renewal process together with the insurers and the clients,

• Ensure administrative follow-up of renewals,

• Support with local RFP/Tender process, 

• Provide insurance analysis and statistics,

• Provide advice on claims matters, if required, 

• Establish and maintain good working relationships internally, with external clients, insurers and brokers and ensure they receive expert help and support,

• Support in reviewing contracts and agreements for insurance requirements, 

• On-going liaison with insurers, advice, support and recommendations in respect of all insurance matters, 

• Support financial reporting and non-life functions or departments according to the business needs of the company.

Your Profile 

• A University degree completed with successful experience of minimum 3 years with Employee benefit (Life, disability, Medical) and accident insurances.

• Understanding and competence in insurance-related finance topics (incl. accounting)  

• Strong analytical skills, customer-oriented, accountable, with good communication skills.

• Proactive team player who can work both independently and collaboratively,

• Fluent in English (spoken and written), any other language is an asset,

• Availability to travel if required.
