About Our Client

To support the steady growth of their internal Compliance team, they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior KYC / AML Compliance Officer to act as a key technical reference for new client integrations.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and sign off on the compliance and onboarding of the firm's most complex, sensitive, and high-risk client files.

Act as the primary technical advisor and internal point of contact for partners and senior stakeholders on intricate onboarding matters.

Actively review, optimize, and streamline internal client vetting processes and risk assessment methodologies.

Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical support to junior members of the compliance team.

Stay ahead of regulatory changes (CSSF, AED, Barreau) and ensure internal policies are perfectly aligned.
Profile Required

Experience: 5 to 6 years of solid experience in AML/KYC compliance, ideally gained within a law firm, a Big 4, or a premium corporate services environment (PSF).

Expertise: Deep knowledge of Luxembourg and international AML/CFT regulations, with a proven track record of handling highly complex corporate structures (Funds, trusts, holding companies).

Languages: Fluent in English. Proficiency in French or other European languages is highly appreciated.

Skills: Exceptional leadership, strong synthesis skills, and the diplomacy required to advise senior partners.
