To support the steady growth of their internal Compliance team, they are looking to recruit a talented KYC / AML Compliance Officer focusing on the crucial phase of new client integration.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end compliance process for the onboarding of new clients and new business mandates.

Analyze complex legal and corporate structures to identify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).

Conduct risk assessments and assign appropriate risk levels to incoming files.

Work closely with partners and legal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and fully compliant client integration process.

Perform background checks and sanction screenings in line with Luxembourg regulations.
Profile Required

Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience within a law firm OR at least 4 years of experience within the banking sector (in a similar AML/KYC capacity).

Knowledge: Solid understanding of Luxembourg's AML/KYC regulatory framework.

Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge of French, German, or Luxembourgish is a strong asset.

Skills: Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders.
