IT Programme Lead – Financial Services Transformation
Location: Luxembourg

We are seeking an experienced IT Programme Lead to join a major transformation programme focused on modernising operations and technology, for one of our clients in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT delivery workstream from implementation through SIT, UAT and Go-Live.
- Coordinate business, IT, technology partners and external suppliers.
- Own planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, resources and deliverables.
- Drive delivery quality, methodology, testing and governance.
- Identify and resolve blockers and ensure timely decision-making.
- Provide clear reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Challenge delivery approaches and drive pragmatic, outcome-focused solutions.
Experience Required:
- Proven IT delivery leadership experience within financial services or banking.
- Strong experience delivering complex transformation programmes.
- Hands-on experience across Build, SIT, UAT and Go-Live.
- Experience with complex technology integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple teams, suppliers and competing priorities.
- French & English speaking is essential, any other language considered an asset
