Controller looking for a new opportunity ?

Our client, a well‑established international company, is currently recruiting a Business Controller.

Responsibilities
You contribute to defining the company's strategic objectives. You coordinate and oversee the budgeting process, ensuring consistent monitoring and follow-up. You regularly analyze financial performance (revenue, costs, profitability, cash flows, etc.) and identify variances against forecasts.

You propose and implement corrective actions to address or prevent significant deviations. You perform profitability analyses and assess the financial position of various entities within the group. In addition, you support and advise operational teams in their decision-making processes.
You report major discrepancies to relevant stakeholders and ensure proper monitoring of investments, particularly in real estate.

Profile
You hold a university degree in business administration, ideally with a specialization in controlling or accounting, or an equivalent qualification. You have at least 5 years of experience in finance or controlling.
You demonstrate a strong understanding of business operations along with solid analytical skills. You have excellent organizational and communication abilities and can interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
You are autonomous, reliable, and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, as well as in budgeting and cost accounting systems. You are fluent in German and have a good command of English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and French is considered an asset
