Notre client, un acteur international de la gestion d'actifs adossé à un grand groupe bancaire, recherche un(e) Fund Structuring Officer pour renforcer l'équipe Products & Strategic Marketing / Global Product Engineering.

Vos missions

  • Assurer le suivi administratif des Ă©vĂ©nements de vie des fonds : crĂ©ation, modification, fusion, liquidation/fermeture
  • Mettre Ă  jour la documentation administrative et les informations fonds dans les bases internes
  • GĂ©rer les aspects corporate (PV/rĂ©solutions, listes de signataires, dĂ©pĂ´ts, archivage digital)
  • Interagir avec les parties prenantes internes (Legal/Business) et externes (rĂ©gulateur, auditeurs, clients)
  • Contribuer Ă  des projets produits et suivre les Ă©volutions rĂ©glementaires

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor en droit ou finance (ou Ă©quivalent par expĂ©rience) - 1ère expĂ©rience apprĂ©ciĂ©e
  • IntĂ©rĂŞt marquĂ© pour la banque / asset management
  • Français & anglais courants (Ă©crit/oral)
  • Très bonne maĂ®trise de MS Office
  • Rigueur, sens du dĂ©tail, esprit d'Ă©quipe, bonne communication, autonomie
