·        Responsable technique, commercial et administratif d’un portefeuille de contrats d’entretien.

·        Organisation de la maintenance et des travaux neufs.

·        Reporting des prestations réalisées et suivi des travaux jusqu’à la facturation

 

Votre profil :

 

·        Formation de technicien en génie climatique ou électrique, vous disposez d’une expérience probante dans le domaine de la gestion technique d’immeubles.

·        Vous maîtrisez les langues française et allemande, la connaissance de l’anglais ou du luxembourgeois constitue un atout
