  • UnterstĂĽtzung der Kollegen der Abteilung Produktion IT im Tagesgeschäft

  • Installation und Ausgabe von Hardware und UserunterstĂĽtzung

  • Bearbeitung von Tickets im Hotline- und Vor-Ort-Service

  • Zentrales Berechtigungsmanagement

 

Sie als Mensch und Profi:

 

  • Sie sind eingeschriebender Student in einem IT-relevanten Studiengang

  • Sie haben eine hohe IT-Affinität

  • Der Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ist Ihnen geläufig

  • Sie zeichnet eine sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus

  • Sie sind belastbar, flexibel und verfĂĽgen ĂĽber ein ausgeprägtes MaĂź an Service– und Kundenorientierung

  • Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie Englischkenntnise

  • Hohes Engagement und ausgeprägter Teamgeist runden Ihr Profil ab
