Loan Administrator – Private Debt
Context:
The Loan Solutions Team provides debt solution services across a variety of products, focusing primarily on the Direct Lending and Loan Fund markets.
Loan Administration Missions:
- Maintain our clients’ portfolio in our Loan Administration system.
- Liaise with the Asset Managers/Agents as part of the record-keeping and reconciliation of the portfolio positions.
- Perform daily/monthly/quarterly production tasks with the collaboration of internal and external teams (Asset Manager, Loan/Facility agent, Fund Administrator, Custodian, Cash team, Depositary etc.).
- Perform asset documentation reviews and develop in-depth analysis and knowledge in the Private Debt industry.
Key Responsibilities & Expected Result Area:
- Review documentation and assess operational structure to understand the purpose of the deal and its related points of attention.
- Produce and maintain any operational database to fulfil Loan Administration duties.
Manage and Follow Up Existing Transactions:
- Perform cash & portfolio reconciliations.
- Update Loan Administration system and manage notices.
