Hands-On FA/NAV Oversight Specialist
Reporting to the fund accounting / NAV oversight team, you are responsible for reviewing and validating net asset values produced by fund administrators, as well as monitoring the quality and reliability of financial data.
- Review and validation of NAVs calculated by fund administrators
- Oversight and monitoring of fund administrators and custodians/depositaries
- Cash and portfolio reconciliations, identification and resolution of discrepancies
- Oversight of valuation and pricing processes for financial instruments
- Contribution to financial and regulatory reporting (UCITS, AIFMD, etc.)
- Monitoring of quality indicators and escalation of anomalies to relevant teams
- Ad hoc participation in NAV oversight process improvement projects
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in fund accounting, NAV oversight, or similar functions within a bank, fund administrator, or management company
- Good knowledge of UCITS funds and/or alternative funds (private equity, real estate, hedge funds…)
- Ability to work autonomously and operationally, with a strong hands-on orientation
- Rigor, attention to detail, and good prioritization skills
- We are specifically looking for practitioners rather than project managers or strategy consultants — someone who is operationally focused and can be productive from day one
Excel (advanced level), NAV oversight/reporting tools, knowledge of fund valuation cycles
Language Skills:Â English is mandatory, French and/or Luxembourgish is an asset
