Team Manager (M/W)

Job Description:

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sample collection service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the sample collection team (recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, skill development, scheduling, etc.),

• Manage and participate in the department's and company's innovative projects (digitalization, etc.),

• Develop the service by promoting continuous improvement in quality and document updates,

• Ensure the organization and smooth operation of the department’s daily activities.

Desired Profile:

• Experienced manager,

• Project management skills,

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills,

• Strong writing skills,

• Proficiency in computer tools,

• Dynamic and proactive individual,

• Fluent in French; German, Luxembourgish, and English are a plus,

• A valid B driver's license is required.
