What will you do?
This position is available ASAP.
Support the billing process, including invoice preparation, billing follow-up, timesheet coordination and liaison with Finance to ensure accurate and timely invoicing;
Monitor client engagements and administrative requirements to facilitate efficient billing and revenue collection activities;
Manage calendars, including scheduling high-level internal and external meetings, conference calls and events;
Prepare and handle confidential documentation, reports, presentations and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism;
Assist with client onboarding procedures and collaborate with the KYC team to ensure compliance requirements are met;
Ensure efficient document and information flow while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality;
Monitor deadlines, prioritize tasks and provide proactive reminders to facilitate decision-making and leadership availability;
Conduct research and gather data to support leadership in strategic planning, business reviews and financial reporting activities
This position is for you if:
Ideally already a first experience in a billing role, ideally within a dynamic and professional services environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English and French, German and Luxembourgish are considered as assets
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
Initiative, adaptability and a proactive attitude
