Your next challenge:
- Identify, evaluate, plan and support the execution of BIL's strategic initiatives as a part of the bank's strategic plan
- Facilitate sessions/workshops to structure strategic initiatives with key business stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Research markets, competitors, and macro events to identify potential trends and develop robust and concise analyses and recommendations
- Create reports, presentations and updates for the Board and Executive Management
- Perform other ad hoc projects as required
Your skills:
- A strategic thinker with strong execution skills
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience in the field of strategy and/or corporate finance gained at an investment bank, consulting firm or BIG4
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of an additional language would be an advantage.
