Your next challenge:
The Warrants Team within BIL is a part the Financial Markets business line and is responsible for various employee benefits products based on financial market instruments. The activity of the team has grown on a double-digit basis each year during the last 5 years, and we are searching to support this team in its daily business.
- The Internship mission will be focused on the daily management of client files.
- He/she will onboard clients and follow these clients up during their lifecycle.
- He/she will book operations into the system.
- He/she will assist the relationship managers in their daily tasks.
- By understanding every step of the product flow being able to suggest new developments or efficiency improvements.
- He/she will communicate internally and with clients (oral and written).
Your skills:
- Master in Administration and/or Finance
- Languages : EN, FR, Dutch is an advantage
- Office (Excel, Word)
- Basic knowledge of financial products is an advantage
- Rigorous and organized
- Team Worker
- Strong communicational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
