Your next challenge:
Your will :
- Analyse complex credit requests (SME Lux, Real Estate, Large Corp) and develop solutions within acceptable credit/risk parameters.
- Provide the credit rating for requests.
- Ensure credit structuring/granting is aligned with Bank's Risk appetite, limits, Policy, and Procedures.
- Within the Delegation Authority Framework, decide on credit files.
- Responsible for business development and revenues growth remaining within Bank's Risk Appetite.
- Play a key role in credit approval process and follow up on the implementation of credit files in line with the decision.
- Check the data quality of the credit request (in the systems and in the credit sheet).
- Follow up of the annual revision of customers (GEC) and ratings
Your skills:
- Credit & Financial Instruments expertise (T24 / Globe / Internal Rating Tools / RAROC application)
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential risks, assess their impact, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
- Banking Experience: Significant experience working either in the Front Office or in credit risk management within the banking industry.
- Expertise in : Credit, Legal, analytical skills, decision taking, Relationship Management
- A bachelor's or master's degree in finance or a related field and / or equivalent professional experience (minimum 5 years)
- Excellent understanding of credit activities.
- Excellent understanding of the corporates segment (SME Lux, Real Estate, Large Corp)
- Ability to maintain a balance between marketing and credit risk roles.
- Ability to identify credit opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to interact with clients.
- Fluent in English and French
