Your next challenge:
- Contribute to the Bank's growth strategy and help shape a compelling value proposition that responds to clients' evolving needs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding prospective clients' needs and building meaningful connections.
- Develop and nurture a portfolio of clients by building long-term, trusted relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
- Stay informed about market developments and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities and provide relevant advice to clients.
- Work closely with colleagues across the bank to deliver seamless client experience, identify opportunities, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Represent the bank at seminars, conferences and networking events, strengthening professional relationships and enhancing the bank's visibility in Germany.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and business development activities using the bank's CRM tools.
You bring:
- Experience in client-facing business development, relationship management, or sales role, with a proven ability to build and develop lasting client relationships.
- An established network of private clients and/or financial intermediaries in Germany.
- Strong knowledge of the products and services typically sought by private clients and financial intermediaries, including asset management, private equity, wealth planning solutions and credit facilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in understanding clients' needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, enabling you to create value for clients and develop mutually beneficial business relationships.
- The highest standards of integrity, professionalism and ethical conduct.
A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
