Your next challenge:
- Develop your book of clients, with a defined growth strategy, fostering on building both long-term and trustworthy relationships with IFA / EAM, leveraging our full wealth management service's offering.
- Cultivate existing relationships with IFA / EAM and end-clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, and driving business growth through this existing client base.
- Leverage the right internal experts (i.e. Credit Structurer, KYC Officer, etc.) and collaborate across business lines to secure business leads.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of the current market conditions to detect and/or anticipate possible commercial opportunities for the customers
- Attend internal and external events to develop your network and client's portfolio.
Your skills:
- A relevant University background in Finance
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar function.
- A strong existing network of IFA / EAM in Luxembourg, France, UK or any other country.
- A strong understanding of the IFA / EAM offering, including credit
- Excellent interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial spirit
- Proven ability to build sustainable relationships internally and externally
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- Fluent in English and French
- Strongly client- and results-oriented
- Rigorous, organized and methodical in customer approach actions
- Willing and able to travel
