Introduction :

We are currently supporting a leading law firm in Luxembourg in the recruitment of a Tax Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

You will join a highly regarded tax team advising a prestigious international client base, including multinational groups, private equity houses, and financial institutions.

Responsibilities :

In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of tax matters, including:

• Advising clients on corporate tax structuring and international tax matters
• Assisting on M&A transactions, private equity deals, and reorganisations from a tax perspective
• Drafting and reviewing tax documentation and legal opinions
• Supporting clients on tax compliance and regulatory aspects
• Working closely with corporate and funds teams on cross-border transactions
• Participating in client meetings and developing client relationships

➡️ You will develop strong technical expertise while gaining exposure to complex and international tax matters.

Profile :

• Qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction (ideal) or Big 4 background with a Master's degree in Law
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Tax
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg and international tax frameworks
• Fluent in French and English (German is a strong asset)
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic team
