Senior HR Officer | Bank | Broad HR Scope

Your Responsibilities

As an HR Generalist, you will contribute to the different areas of the HR function and support both employees and management throughout their journey within the bank.

Your responsibilities will notably include:

• Managing the recruitment process, from identifying and attracting potential candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions
• Taking an active role in Learning & Development, coordinating training initiatives and contributing to the professional development of employees
• Supporting the payroll preparation process, ensuring that the relevant information and variables are correctly collected and communicated
• Working closely with employees and managers as a day-to-day HR point of contact, providing support across a broad range of HR topics
• Contributing to HR KPIs, dashboards and reporting, helping management maintain clear visibility on key HR indicators
• Participating in HR projects and process improvement initiatives, with the opportunity to challenge existing practices and contribute your own ideas
• Supporting the different stages of the employee lifecycle, from integration and development to internal changes and departures
• Collaborating directly with Heads of Departments and senior stakeholders to understand their HR needs and support the development of their teams
• Contributing to audits and regulatory requirements related to the HR function
• Participating in the continuous improvement and development of the bank's HR practices, tools and processes

The objective is not to confine you to one specific HR specialty, but to give you exposure to a complete HR scope and allow your responsibilities to evolve alongside your experience.

Your Profile

You have around 4 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources and are now looking for a position where you can further broaden your expertise.

You have already worked within the banking sector, giving you a good understanding of the environment and its specific requirements.

Most importantly, you enjoy being an HR Generalist. You are interested in recruitment as much as employee development, payroll topics, reporting and HR projects, and you want to continue developing across these different areas rather than specializing in only one of them.

You are fluent in French and English, while knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish would be considered a strong advantage.

You are organized, proactive and comfortable managing several topics simultaneously. You also enjoy interacting with different stakeholders and are confident working directly with managers and senior professionals.

What Our Client Offers

Our client offers a gross annual salary of up to €75,000, depending on your experience, complemented by an annual bonus and the attractive benefits associated with the Luxembourg banking collective agreement.
