Senior Corporate Lawyer (7+ years)

Introduction :

We are currently supporting a leading law firm in Luxembourg in the recruitment of a Senior Corporate Lawyer with at least 7 years of experience.

You will join a well-established and highly regarded Corporate team advising prestigious international clients on complex and high-value transactions.

Responsibilities :

In this role, you will be involved in a broad range of corporate matters, including:

• Advising clients on M&A transactions, private equity deals, and corporate restructurings
• Drafting and negotiating SPAs, shareholder agreements, and corporate documentation
• Leading and coordinating due diligence processes and transaction execution
• Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact on transactions
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
• Working on cross-border deals in collaboration with international teams

Profile :

• Qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Corporate / M&A within a law firm
• Strong experience in transactional work and client management
• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Leadership mindset and ability to supervise junior team members
