Your Missions and Impact
- End-to-end management of the real estate sales cycle, from handling preliminary sales agreements (compromis) and reservation contracts to preparing notarized deeds. This "A to Z" management provides you with a global operational vision, making you the central pivot of successful transactions.
- Proactive coordination with notary offices and external partners to ensure a fluid signing process. By streamlining these critical exchanges, you optimize sales timelines, highlighting your role as a strategic facilitator within the legal department.
- Supervision and control of AML compliance for all sales files. This responsibility places you at the forefront of regulatory risk management, developing the high-level analytical rigor required to secure the company's operations.
- Active contribution to digitalization and the structuring of legal archiving to modernize internal processes. By implementing innovative tools, you directly participate in the department's technological evolution, improving daily workflow and collective efficiency.
- Close collaboration and coaching of a junior assistant to ensure optimal service continuity. This knowledge sharing strengthens team cohesion and allows you to assert your natural leadership and mentoring skills.
Your Profile
- Significant experience of at least 3 years, ideally acquired in a notary office (as a notary clerk), with a developer, or within a specialized fiduciary.
- Excellent mastery of Luxembourg real estate sales procedures and Due Diligence mechanisms related to Compliance/AML.
- An autonomous and rigorous personality, capable of managing complex files with a high sense of detail.
- Excellent team spirit and natural interpersonal skills to foster smooth internal communication.
- Fluent mastery of French is required; knowledge of Luxembourgish or English is a valuable asset for your integration and daily exchanges.
- A desire for long-term commitment and the ambition to evolve into a "right-hand" role for the team's legal counsels.
