Junior Accountant - Responsibilities

As a Junior Accountant, you will contribute to the financial health of the organization by taking charge of key accounting functions, including:

• Process book purchase and sales invoices.
• Handle recurring invoices, service agreements, sub-leases, and re-invoicing.
• Conduct cash analysis and maintain financial records.
• Book and reconcile bank transactions.
• Prepare and execute wire transfers.
• Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns and simplified annual reports.
• Update accounting records for multiple entities.
• Prepare annual in-house accounts for review.
• Assist with reporting, investor relations, and audit queries.
• Open and process incoming mail and correspondence.
• Communicate with suppliers and Luxembourg authorities.
• Support liquidation procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.

Junior Accountant - Your Profile:

• A minimum of 2 years as a Junior Accountant, with a solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes.
• Previous experience within a financial structure, service provider, family office, investment firm or similar.
• You are proactive, curious, and eager to contribute to the team's success. You ask questions, show initiative, and bring value to the role.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, etc.) and other accounting tools such as BOB50.
• Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
