Nestled in a modern and dynamic professional environment, our client is an established single family office with deep roots in the Benelux region and a growing footprint across Europe. Known for its entrepreneurial spirit and a high-performance culture, the group focuses on high-value real estate assets and strategic acquisitions. You will be joining a close-knit, expert local team of professionals aged 32-35, where a flat hierarchy and direct communication with stakeholders are the norms. This is a rare opportunity to evolve within a stable yet expanding structure that values agility, professional excellence, and a "casual chic" work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities & Impact

  • You will provide high-level corporate and legal support to the General Counsel and management, which allows for direct involvement in the decision-making processes of a growing holding structure. This exposure ensures you become a key pillar in the company's administrative backbone, significantly enhancing your visibility within the senior leadership team.
  • By drafting essential agreements and preparing board minutes, you take charge of the lifecycle of international legal entities and financing activities. This hands-on experience sharpens your technical drafting skills and legal precision, positioning you as a versatile expert in corporate law and governance.
  • Acting as the central point of contact for external partners like notaries, banks, and regulators, you manage critical compliance and administrative workflows. This broad coordination role expands your professional network across the Luxembourgish financial center and strengthens your reputation as a trusted liaison officer.
  • You will implement and maintain internal policies and KYC/AML procedures, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of regulatory standards. Taking ownership of these processes grants you the authority to shape the internal control environment, fostering a sense of professional accomplishment and security.

Profile & Qualifications

  • You possess a university degree in Law or a similar background in legal and compliance, providing you with the foundational knowledge to navigate complex corporate structures.
  • With a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, you are ready to apply your skills in a dynamic environment; any exposure to the real estate sector is a welcome addition to your toolkit.
  • Communication is one of your strengths, as you are fluent in English and French, while a knowledge of Dutch would be a fantastic asset to connect with international stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach, qualities that will allow you to evolve quickly as the team continues to expand.
  • Technically savvy and detail-oriented, you are comfortable using the Office suite and digital tools to optimize internal documentation and filing.
  • The desire to work in a start-up style atmosphere where autonomy and initiative are highly encouraged.
  • A proactive professional who enjoys a hybrid Mindset and is ready to grow alongside a developing family office.

What We Offer

  • Attractive Compensation Package: A competitive gross salary ranging from €4,000 to €4,500 per month, supplemented by meal vouchers of €10,800, providing you with financial stability and recognized value for your expertise.
  • Premium Tools & Comfort: You will be provided with a high-end laptop and a professional phone, ensuring you have the best technology to perform your tasks efficiently from day one.
  • Hassle-Free Commute: A free underground parking space is available at our modern offices in Strassen, saving you time and daily stress while ensuring your vehicle is secure.

  • Collaborative Team Culture: Enjoy regular team events, including annual group gatherings and local festive dinners, which foster a friendly atmosphere and strong bonds with your colleagues.
