Our client, a well-established real estate group with a global footprint, is on the lookout for a Junior Accounts Payable Officer to join their Luxembourg-based finance team.
- Location: Near Gasperich & Luxembourg city center
- Contract: 1-year fixed-term, with potential for extension
- Start date: As soon as possible
What you'll be doing
- Handle and process a high volume of invoices across multiple platforms
- Coordinate supplier payments, manage direct debits, and verify transactions
- Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and vendors
- Organize and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Support automation and continuous improvement of AP processes
- Collaborate on various financial tasks and reporting as needed
What we're looking for
- Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
- At least 1 year in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
- Comfortable working with large invoice volumes
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
