Senior Business Analyst (m/f)

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within the airline industry.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between business and IT, supporting the analysis, optimization, and digitalization of business processes. Working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical experts, you will translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and contribute to the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

THE WORK:

• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes, modelling AS-IS and TO-BE workflows using BPMN 2.0.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Define and validate acceptance criteria using the Given / When / Then approach.
• Prioritize requirements with business stakeholders using the MoSCoW methodology.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate functional solution options and ensure alignment between business, application, and system requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business users, architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare training materials and support change management and user adoption activities.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to support business decision-making and process improvements.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies (BABOK, Design Thinking, or similar).
• Experience delivering complex business transformation or digitalization projects.
• Strong experience with business process modelling (BPMN 2.0).
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Experience with requirements traceability and Agile delivery practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps, and BPMN modelling tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience within the airline, travel, or tour operator industry.
• Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar).
• Experience working in production or operational environments.
• Knowledge of French and/or German
