Your Day-to-Day

- Design, develop, configure and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Develop and customise ServiceNow applications, while favouring standard out-of-the-box functionalities
- Work with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Catalog Items, Workflows and Flow Designer
- Develop and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP/Active Directory and third-party systems
- Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions
- Participate in solution design workshops and assess the technical impact of changes
- Contribute to platform upgrades, governance, performance, security and technical documentation
- Provide expert support on complex incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes across the platform
- Contribute to the evolution and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow environment
Your Profile
- Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong experience with several ServiceNow modules, ideally including ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, CSM and Service Catalog
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and the ServiceNow Scripting Framework
- Solid experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST and SOAP APIs
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps or equivalent tools
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, automated testing, deployment practices, CI/CD and ITIL
- Experience with Domain Separation and ServiceNow on-premise environments is a strong advantage
- Relevant certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM and/or ITIL v4 are an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously
- Collaborative, customer-oriented and adaptable mindset
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- German and/or Luxembourgish are considered an advantage
