Your day to day
As an Agent Transfer Expert with a strong technical focus, you will work at the intersection of transfer agency operations and IT.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and understanding Transfer Agency processes from both a functional and technical perspective.
- Working with ETL processes and data flows.
- Analysing and manipulating data using SQL.
- Contributing to the understanding, monitoring and improvement of technical processes supporting Transfer Agency activities.
- Working closely with IT and business stakeholders to identify and resolve data or process-related issues.
- Supporting projects and initiatives involving financial systems and data integration.
- Translating business requirements into a clear understanding of technical processes and solutions.
Your profile
- Previous experience in Transfer Agency / Transfer Agency operations.
- Strong interest and/or experience in IT and data-related environments.
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes.
- Good command of SQL.
- Ability to understand both business processes and underlying technical systems.
- Experience within a banking, financial services or fund administration environment is highly appreciated.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience with Multifonds or other fund administration platforms would be a strong advantage.
