IT Service Management Trainee
Dive in and get hands-on experience in the world of finance, payments and credit, working for an
unconventional digital bank in the heart of Luxembourg!
As an IT Service Management Trainee, you'll support colleagues across the bank, learn how modern IT services are delivered, and gain valuable experience alongside experienced IT professionals.
This opportunity is a full-time internship of up to 6 months. To apply, you need a valid student visa (EU/EEA) or authorisation to work in Luxembourg. We welcome students who are currently enrolled at a university or who have completed their school or Bachelor’s degree within the past 12 months. About the job | Your responsibilities
- Get hands-on IT experience – support colleagues with IT-related requests, both remotely and on-site.
- Keep things running smoothly – help manage incidents and service requests by registering, tracking and updating IT tickets.
- Support user administration – contribute to onboarding activities, access requests and other account-related processes.
- Collaborate and learn – work closely with IT teams across the bank and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Improve the service experience – help maintain clear documentation and support colleagues with a positive and reliable IT service.
- Contribute to projects – take part in IT projects and improvement initiatives from our IT roadmap.
About You | Your background, skills and personality
- Fresh grad, student or degree in hand – you are either currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
- Tech-savvy & helpful – you enjoy troubleshooting, finding solutions and helping others. You're familiar with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and mobile devices (iOS and Android).
- Curious & eager to learn – you're keen to develop your technical skills and understand how IT supports business operations.
- Team player & communicator – you enjoy working with others, communicate clearly and contribute positively to a collaborative environment.
- Hands-on & pro-active – you like to get involved and take ownership, learn through practical experience and help get the job done.
- Language lover – fluent in English? Perfect, it’s our corporate language! If you also speak another European language, that’s a bonus.
